The AIRIPA APN200 small air-cooled oil-free screw vacuum pump is a horizontal dry screw vacuum pump with air cooling structure. It applies variable frequency screw technology and nano ceramic coating inside pump chamber, delivering oil-free clean vacuum and medium recovery capacity for high-capacity vacuum processes.

Working Principle

Two screw rotors form a sealed cavity with the pump body, operating without contact and friction. Driven by synchronous gears, the pump works completely oil-free. Air cooling dissipates heat without water cooling. It can extract water vapor, solvent and fine dust, supporting gas and solvent recovery. No intermediate partition, featuring short air path, high efficiency and anti-clogging performance.
