AIRIPA Oil Free Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump For Clean Industrial Vacuum Systems
1. Product Overview
The AIRIPA Oil Free Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump is designed for applications requiring reliable vacuum generation without oil lubrication inside the pumping chamber. The product range includes APS, APF and APFS Series, providing multiple pumping capacities and operating characteristics for laboratory instruments, industrial machinery and OEM vacuum equipment.
Depending on the model, pumping speeds range from 10 to 351 m³/h at 50 Hz and up to 402 m³/h at 60 Hz. Its compact construction and straightforward operating principle make it suitable for equipment manufacturers seeking an oil-free alternative to conventional oil-lubricated vacuum pumps.
With three independent series available, customers can select a vacuum pump according to required pumping speed, ultimate pressure, motor power, installation space and operating frequency.

2. Key Features & Benefits
Oil Free Vacuum Generation
The pumping chamber operates without lubricating oil, helping avoid oil-related contamination and eliminating routine pumping-chamber oil changes.
Multiple Pumping Capacities
APS, APF and APFS models cover different vacuum requirements, from smaller laboratory equipment to higher-capacity industrial installations.
Compact Equipment Design
A space-efficient construction helps simplify integration into machinery, production equipment and OEM vacuum systems.
Simple Maintenance
The oil-free pumping mechanism reduces lubrication-related servicing, helping users simplify routine maintenance planning.
Stable Rotary Vane Operation
The rotary vane mechanism provides continuous gas intake and discharge for compatible industrial vacuum applications.
50 Hz and 60 Hz Options
Published pumping speed and motor power data for both frequencies help international buyers compare equipment performance.
Application-Oriented Model Selection
Different ultimate pressure specifications allow customers to select pumps according to the operating vacuum required by their equipment.
Flexible OEM Integration
AIRIPA supports technical discussions covering equipment dimensions, electrical requirements, installation arrangements and project-specific supply.
3. Working Principle
An oil-free rotary vane vacuum pump uses an eccentrically positioned rotor with sliding vanes inside a pumping chamber. As the rotor turns, the vanes form chambers of changing volume that draw gas through the inlet, compress it and discharge it through the outlet. The pumping chamber operates without lubricating oil. Continuous rotation produces the vacuum required by the connected equipment, while appropriate cooling and operating conditions support stable performance.
