Working Principle

The unit uses an oil-free piston compression principle. The motor drives a piston back and forth inside the cylinder; as the piston moves down, the intake valve opens and draws in ambient air, and as it moves up, the intake valve closes and the exhaust valve opens, forcing the compressed air into the air receiver. Because the cylinder is oil-free, no oil enters the air stream. A built-in oil-water separation filter and pressure switch then regulate and store the compressed air, delivering clean, stable pressure on demand.
