The AIRIPA Box-Type Oil-Free Air Compressor operates on a dual-cylinder balanced compression cycle, driven by a high-efficiency motor with NSK precision bearings. Air is drawn in through a filtration inlet, compressed in two balanced cylinders to minimize vibration, and discharged into an internally anti-corrosion-treated stainless steel receiver tank.
The microcomputer control system continuously monitors operating parameters — pressure, temperature, cycle count, and fault conditions — adjusting compressor operation automatically. A forced-filtration discharge system removes residual moisture and particulates, ensuring output air meets strict purity standards (water <0.01 ppm, dust <0.01 μ).
Cooling is achieved through natural air convection: strategically placed ventilation channels within the cabinet promote continuous airflow, maintaining the unit's external surface temperature at approximately 48°C without additional cooling water or external fans.
