Product Overview
ARD two-stage rotary vane vacuum pump is fundamental vacuum equipment for gas extraction. It can work independently or serve as a backing pump matched with booster pumps, diffusion pumps and molecular pumps for high vacuum systems. It is widely adopted in electronic component manufacturing, vacuum drying, filtration, impregnation, coating, welding, metallurgy and laboratory instrument setups. This pump runs stably within ambient temperature 10℃–40℃ with inlet pressure below 10 Torr. The gas ballast valve should be opened when relative humidity of pumped gas exceeds 90%.
