Product Overview
ARD-C corrosion-resistant two-stage rotary vane vacuum pumps are designed for working conditions with mildly corrosive gas including acidic media, strong oxidizing gas and water vapor. Equipped with stainless steel springs, fluororubber sealing rings and anti-corrosion pump body, this pump delivers stable and dependable operation under corrosive environments. For heavy corrosion scenarios, we recommend our dry oil-free screw vacuum pumps instead.

Working Principle
It adopts two-stage rotary vane compression structure. Driven by the motor, rotary vanes extend outward under centrifugal force to form sealed compression chambers. Gas is sucked, compressed and discharged sequentially. The forced gear oil circulation provides lubrication, sealing and cooling. The adjustable gas ballast valve removes condensable steam, while fluororubber and stainless steel components resist mild corrosive media.
