Product Overview
AVWZ series oil-free booster compressor adopts full oil-free design. The guide ring and piston ring are made of self-lubricating materials to achieve 100% oil-free compression. Bearings use high-temperature grease lubrication, preventing gas contamination and guaranteeing gas purity. It features compact size, light weight and easy maintenance, no lubricating oil filling required to cut maintenance cost. Equipped with a microcomputer controller, it supports alarm and emergency shutdown for high discharge temperature, low inlet pressure, over-high discharge pressure. It runs reliably with high automation. Remote data display and remote control can be customized on request.

Working Principle
This is an oil-free piston booster compressor. The piston reciprocates inside the cylinder, relying on self-lubricating sealing components to finish gas suction, compression and discharge without oil injection in the compression chamber. It boosts low-pressure inlet gas to target high pressure. It is widely used for gas filling, gas recovery and high-purity gas supply.
