Product Overview
AZWZ series oil-free booster compressor adopts full oil-free structural design. The guide ring and piston ring are made of high-performance self-lubricating materials to realize 100% oil-free compression. Bearing parts adopt high-temperature grease lubrication, effectively avoiding gas contamination and maintaining excellent gas purity. This machine has a compact structure, small footprint and lightweight design. No lubricating oil is required during operation, which greatly reduces daily maintenance work and operation cost. It is equipped with a microcomputer controller, with complete safety interlock protection for high exhaust temperature, low inlet pressure and over-limit exhaust pressure to ensure stable and reliable operation. Custom remote data display and remote control functions are available upon request.

Working Principle
This oil-free piston gas booster relies on reciprocating motion of the piston inside the cylinder. The self-lubricating sealing assembly completes gas suction, compression and exhaust without injecting lubricating oil into the compression chamber. It raises low-pressure inlet gas to the target high pressure, widely used for gas cylinder filling, gas recovery and continuous supply of high-purity process gas.
