2. Key Features and Benefits

Flexible Pumping Capacity

Eight models provide pumping speeds from 20 to 300 m³/h, allowing customers to select suitable vacuum capacity for different equipment sizes.

Effective Vacuum Generation

The oil sealed rotary vane mechanism helps maintain consistent suction and supports vacuum-assisted production processes.

Compact Industrial Construction

An integrated pump and motor arrangement helps simplify installation in packaging machines, printing equipment and industrial vacuum systems.

Oil Mist Separation

The exhaust oil mist separation system helps reduce oil carryover and supports oil recovery during pump operation.

Water Vapor Handling

Designed with water vapor handling capability for suitable drying, packaging and moisture-related applications.

Practical Maintenance

Accessible service components support routine inspection, lubrication management and scheduled maintenance.

3. Working Principle

The ASV Series operates through an eccentrically positioned rotor fitted with sliding vanes. As the rotor rotates, the vanes form chambers that expand to draw gas into the pump and contract to compress it toward the exhaust. Lubricating oil provides sealing, lubrication and cooling within the pumping chamber. The exhaust passes through an oil mist separation system to help reduce oil discharge and recover lubricant for continued operation.
