Product Description

ASV Single-Stage Oil-Sealed Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump 63–120 M³/H With 150L Receiver

Product Overview

The AIRIPA ASV series is a single-stage oil-sealed rotary vane vacuum pump system that integrates a high-efficiency rotary vane pump, a 150L receiver tank and a heavy-duty caster base into one plug-and-play vacuum source. Delivering pumping speeds of 63, 100 and 120 m³/h with an ultimate vacuum down to 0.1 mbar, the ASV unit is built for stable, continuous vacuum supply in industrial and laboratory environments. Driven by a high-power all-copper motor and fitted with imported IKO bearings and German CFW oil seals, it combines deep vacuum, low noise (≤65 dB), easy maintenance and a long service life. Multiple thickened brass intake ports on the receiver let one ASV unit serve several machines at once—an ideal centralized vacuum station for food packaging, medical, laboratory, new-energy and manufacturing lines. Stock is available for immediate delivery, and OEM / ODM / customization services are offered on request.

Key Features and Benefits

  • Deep, stable vacuum — ultimate pressure 0.1 mbar; imported IKO bearings keep pumping speed and vacuum level from decaying after years of continuous running.
  • High-power all-copper motor — large starting torque, high efficiency and reliable performance under long duty cycles.
  • Imported IKO bearings + German CFW oil seals — low noise, tight sealing, zero oil leakage and extended machine life.
  • Imported high-precision inlet filter — quick-release cartridge traps dust and particles before they reach the pump body, protecting the pump and making element replacement fast and tool-light.
  • Tool-light maintenance — a quick oil-drain valve and an oil color-comparison card make oil checks and changes fast and predictable.
  • Multi-port synchronized intake — thickened brass ports are corrosion-resistant and leak-proof, so several workstations can share one pump and maximize throughput.
  • Integrated 150L receiver on caster base — built-in vacuum buffer that stabilizes pressure and rolls to any point in the workshop.
  • Flexible sourcing — ready stock for quick delivery, plus OEM, ODM and fully customized configurations to match your brand and application.
  • Factory direct, 2-year warranty.

Working Principle

A single-stage oil-sealed rotary vane pump uses a cylindrical stator, an eccentric rotor and sliding vanes. Driven by the motor, the rotor spins off-center; centrifugal force pushes the vanes outward against the cylinder wall. As the vane-sealed chambers rotate, the inlet-side volume expands and draws gas in, while the outlet-side volume shrinks and compresses the gas, which is then discharged through an oil-lubricated exhaust valve. Sealing oil fills clearances, lubricates the vanes and helps reach the low ultimate pressure of 0.1 mbar. On the ASV unit, the pump feeds a 150L receiver that smooths pulsations, holds a vacuum reserve and supplies several brass work ports simultaneously.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: Is this an oil-free vacuum pump?
The ASV series is a single-stage oil-sealed rotary vane pump. If you need completely oil-free air, AIRIPA also offers a full line of oil-free screw, scroll, claw and piston vacuum pumps—just tell us your application.
Q2: Can one unit supply several machines at the same time?
Yes. The 150L receiver is fitted with multiple thickened brass ports designed for synchronized intake, so multiple devices can draw vacuum from a single ASV unit.
Q3: Do you support OEM / ODM / customization?
Yes. We offer ready stock for immediate delivery, as well as OEM (your logo & branding), ODM (custom design & manufacturing) and full customization options to match your product line and target market.
Q4: How often should I change the oil?
Use the quick drain valve and the included oil color-comparison card; inspect the oil and change it when it darkens beyond the reference. Exact intervals depend on duty cycle and ambient conditions.
Q5: What is the ultimate vacuum?
 0.1 mbar across all three models (ASV63, ASV100, ASV120).
Q6: Are there other models or custom options?
Yes. The ASV series comes in 63 / 100 / 120 m³/h versions, and AIRIPA builds customized vacuum pump systems. Contact us for details.
