Product Overview
The AIRIPA ACTP series oil-free claw vacuum pump is a rotary positive displacement vacuum pump with claw-shaped rotors. Equipped with two conjugate meshing claw rotors driven by synchronous high-precision gears. There is a tiny clearance without contact between rotors and pump housing. The air inlet and outlet are set on the end face of the pump casing, periodically opened and closed by rotor ends to realize vacuum pumping. As a dry vacuum solution, it requires no oil medium or cooling water and avoids secondary contamination. This series can replace imported vacuum pump products perfectly.

Working Principle
The ACTP claw vacuum pump adopts a pair of claw rotors driven by synchronous precision gears, rotating at fixed phase. Rotors run contactlessly with micro gaps. Dry gas enters the pump chamber through the inlet. With the periodic rotation of claw rotors, the gas volume changes continuously to finish compression and exhaust. No lubricating oil or cooling water is involved in the whole working cycle.
