Product Overview
ARD series two-stage rotary vane vacuum pump is essential gas extraction vacuum equipment. It can work independently or serve as a backing pump matched with booster pumps, diffusion pumps and molecular pumps for high vacuum systems. The full series covers small and large pumping speed models, widely used in electronic component manufacturing, vacuum drying, filtration, impregnation, coating, welding, metallurgy and laboratory instrument setups. It runs stably within ambient temperature 10℃–40℃ with inlet pressure below 10 Torr. Open the gas ballast valve when the relative humidity of pumped gas exceeds 90%.
