Working Principle

This oil-lubricated single-stage rotary vane vacuum pump works by centrifugal sliding vanes inside the rotor. The rotor is eccentrically installed inside the pump chamber. As the rotor spins, sliding vanes extend outward under centrifugal force, dividing the pump cavity into variable-volume chambers. Air is sucked in, compressed and discharged with circulating lubricating oil for sealing, cooling and lubrication.
