The ASV series compact oil-lubricated single-stage rotary vane vacuum pump is a cost-effective industrial oil-sealed vacuum unit for continuous light and medium-duty vacuum processes. This pump lineup covers a wide pumping speed range from 20 to 300 m³/h, with the best ultimate vacuum reaching 0.1 mbar. It comes with an integrated oil mist eliminator to filter 99.999% oil from exhaust gas for cleaner discharge. Compact, lightweight and low-noise design makes it easy to integrate into automated lines, packaging machines, suction lifting systems and laboratory equipment.

Working Principle
This oil-lubricated single-stage rotary vane vacuum pump relies on eccentric rotor and centrifugal sliding vanes. The rotating vanes expand against the pump housing, forming variable suction and compression chambers. Circulating vacuum oil serves for sealing, lubrication and cooling, continuously extracting gas from the vacuum side and discharging it out.
