Product Description

Industrial Fore Pump Two Stage Oil Sealed Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump For Molecular Pump

Product Overview

The ARD series two-stage oil-sealed rotary vane vacuum pump features a rugged, long-service-life construction. Equipped with an advanced lubrication circuit and heavy-duty accessories, it fulfills most mainstream vacuum application demands. A built-in disposable oil filter and forced oil lubrication system guarantee efficient operation under any inlet pressure. The large oil sight glass allows convenient real-time oil level monitoring to prevent dry running caused by insufficient oil. This pump can run while pumping gas or working in environments with potentially explosive gas. When paired with MH Roots booster pumps, it delivers higher pumping speed and better ultimate vacuum performance.

Two Stage Oil Sealed Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump For Molecular Pump

Key Features and Benefits

  • Heavy-duty solid construction for long-term durable operation
  • Advanced lubrication circuit + built-in disposable oil filter
  • Forced oil lubrication structure, stable performance at varied inlet pressure
  • Large sight glass for intuitive oil level inspection, avoid oil shortage operation
  • Adaptable for environments with potentially explosive gas
  • Can work standalone or combine with Roots pumps for upgraded vacuum performance
  • Serves as backing / fore pump for high and ultra-high vacuum systems

Working Principle

It adopts classic two-stage rotary vane oil-sealed compression principle. The rotary vanes slide out under centrifugal force to form sealed chambers. Gas is continuously sucked in, compressed and exhausted. The forced circulating oil provides sealing, lubrication and cooling for the pump chamber. The gas ballast function handles condensable vapors. It can be used as a pre-pump for molecular pumps, diffusion pumps and Roots vacuum systems.

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Can this ARD vacuum pump be used in explosive gas environments? Yes, this series is designed for operation where potentially explosive gas may exist.
  2. Can it connect with a Roots vacuum pump? Yes. Matched with MH Roots booster pump, the assembly achieves higher pumping speed and lower ultimate pressure.
  3. What is the function of the large oil sight glass? It lets operators check the oil level easily, preventing the pump from running with insufficient oil.
  4. Can this pump be a backing pump for molecular pumps? Yes, it is commonly used as a fore pump and pre-pump for molecular pumps, diffusion pumps and other high-vacuum equipment.
  5. What maintenance is needed?                                                                                                                                    Regular vacuum oil replacement and disposable oil filter replacement are required for stable service life.
