Working Principle

This is an oil-injected screw vacuum pump. Two meshing screw rotors rotate synchronously. Gas is sucked into the working chamber, compressed and discharged. Lubricating oil is injected into the pump cavity for sealing, cooling and lubrication. Combined with permanent magnet variable frequency drive, the pump automatically adjusts rotating speed to stabilize target vacuum degree, adapting to variable vacuum demand.
